The company started with two simple goals in mind. Make the most nutritional wild bird food at an affordable price. Maintain a profit for the high quality products that our farm produced. With an animal nutrition degree from Colorado State University and practical experience, it seemed like a natural match. All of My Country Pets products are developed with the nutrional needs of the birds given a priority. In addition they are developed using high quality grains produced from our farm and other local farms. We also realized that prepackaged foods that have been stored a long time were not as palatable to the birds. Therefore, we guarantee that all our bird food products are made within a few days of the order. Our wild bird food and black oil sunflower business grew with such success that we were ask by breeders and retail shop owners to develop special mixes to help them meet the demands of their customers. As our business has expanded along the front range of the Rockies and into Wyoming we have continued to guard our guarantee of a "fresh farm product" as well as providing the best nutritional, fortified product possible. Over the past 15 years our business has grown to where we are servicing a geographical area of miles. As our bird seed products grew in popularity, we have added more lines of pet food. For example. we now produce a variety of small animal foods and carry an outstanding line of wild bird feeders. Technology now allows us to share our superior product with more consumers and their pets. Thus allowing the birds and small animals of this broader range of customers the opportunity to enjoy and to highlight their diet with this nutritionally sound farm fresh seed.
